Born in Bairnsdale, 1996 Casey Rooke is a proud gunditjimara and yorta yorta woman. Even though her grand parents Helen and Keith Morgan, parent Mark Morgan, great grand parent Banjo Clarke and to his mother Truganini, her great great grandmother are a part of the stolen generation, fortunately she has managed to latch on to the stories/culture they have passed down. She is an aspiring artist creating her own designs creations depicting what she has learnt, her life and stories from her ancestors lives.
