Circulanation exists to foster the entrepreneurial aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians in remote and regional Australia. Aboriginal community leaders have identified entrepreneurship and enterprise as a vehicle for economic and social change: to create self-employment and jobs, to reconnect people with country, to create pride and offer their unique culture to the market. However, potential entrepreneurs lack access to the right type and level of support at the right time, and the fundamental business knowledge to transform their dreams into reality.

We partner with communities and network stakeholders to provide entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge required to develop and grow their business ideas. Our Entrepreneurship Programs provide a pathway from idea to commercialisation and beyond. Each phase is a building block that puts individuals and communities in control of creating their future – not just their own business.

Acknowledgement of Country

The Indigenous Art Code acknowledges the traditional owners and custodians of Country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to the land, sea and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures; and to their Elders past, present and future
