Newcastle, Awabakal country. I am a descendant of the Wanaruah nation. I have always had a great passion for art and design. From 2004 to 2015 I worked as an In-House Graphic Designer for Miromaa Aboriginal Language & Technology Centre. In 2005 I completed a Diploma of Graphic Design at TAFE.
At the start of 2015 I left my office job to pursue a full time career as a Freelance Graphic Designer. During this time I have grown both personally and professionally; having won multiple art awards, been involved in art exhibitions and also developed strong relationships with my many government, corporate and community clients.
I practice and enjoy many forms of art but my professional forte is contemporary
Aboriginal Graphic Design. I design symbols and motifs that are influenced by
traditional Aboriginal art and present them in bold, new ways, creating my own unique
style. My use of bright, vibrant colours and distinctive designs makes my work stand out.
