Call for Dealer Director Nominations

Nominations due by midnight AEDT 
Wednesday 1 November 2023

To be eligible to hold one of the Dealer Director positions, nominees must fall into one of the categories listed on the nomination form, as required under the Constitution. Four Dealer Director positions are up for nomination at the Indigenous Art Code Annual General Meeting to be held in December 2023 (AGM notice to follow in the coming weeks).

Nominees may self-nominate, or be nominated by a Member of the company.

To be eligible for nomination at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, nominations must be received by midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT) on Wednesday 1 November 2023. Signed nomination forms may be lodged either:

a.  by mail to: PO BOX 789 Randwick NSW 2031; or
b.  by email to: agm@indigenousartcode.org
