I am a member of the stolen generation of SA and an descendant of the Kokatha people from Koonibba Aboriginal Community in SA. My mother Noreen (deceased) is an traditional kokatha woman and my grandparents (deceased) Clarence and Mabel Highfold. I started painting living in Alice Springs NT learning traditional and contemporary styles from my Aboriginal family. I paint using acrylic medium that reflects my interpretation on Country.
