Torres Strait decent. I specilalise in Polymer Clay Earrings & Scultpures as well as Paintings and Ceramics. I take inspiration for my artworks from the beauty and power of Australian Flora and Fauna and also from my Indigenous Australian heritage. Each artwork I create, holds a piece of my spirit, energy and story which makes all my handcrafted artworks uniquely special and precious.
I am inspired heavily by the context of my life. I feel a very strong connection to the Land I stand on, the ocean that surrounds me, to the sky above and all life in it. Country inspires me, speaks to me and my ancestors spirit guides me to create. This is an incredibly spiritual and healing experience every time I work on a piece which is why all my work has such rich significance that can be felt by the viewer.
I am passionate about incorporating First Nations artwork into everyday Australian fashion, home, workplaces and lives.
My mission is to build a culture of inclusion by celebrating the beauty of First Nations art.
