My name is Melanie Gordon and I am a proud Tabbah Gah - Wangerriburra woman living on Kombumerri Country - The Gold Coast. I do not refer to being a Traditional Aboriginal Artist however I feel the description of An Indigenous Woman whom is a contemporary modern mixed media Artist would be a better description. I have an interest in all forms of art but my unique touch comes with showcasing my roots within each piece despite whether it be the main focus or disguised in the detail.
